Made with Gym Owners in mind.

If you’ve noticed an influx of pink in your gym- don't be alarmed– that’s just the Barbie effect. The hype of the new Barbie movie has been building since its release was announced in July 2019. With its official premiere on July 21, 2023, Margot Robbie is all the rage. Not only is she gorgeous and talented on screen– but she’s a real life workout Barbie off screen.

Most recently she made headlines for holding a plank longer than any other castmate in the movie, with an impressive 4 minutes and 10 seconds. Far behind her was co-star Ryan Gosling, with a measly 3 minutes and 2 seconds. Further proving she is everything, and he's just Ken.

The fitness apparel mega brand, Nike, must have gotten word that Gym Owners Rule. They are set to open their very own group fitness studios, beginning with their first location in West Hollywood. They plan to expand with more facilities in L.A, and across the United States.

The concept mimics that of OrangeTheory, F45, or Barry’s Boot Camps offering a combination of strength, endurance, and agility group classes focused at any and all fitness levels.

As part of their overall goal to become a wellness brand, Nike is set to hire 1,000 trainers globally to create holistic fitness content.

Love it or hate it– TikTok is here to stay. If you’re not on Fit Tok you’re definitely missing out on the fitness trends that users are currently most interested in. They’re constantly changing but don't worry, we’re here to keep you in the loop and on top of relevant content.

Have you heard of Water Tok?? Water Tok is the side of Tik Tok where people are taking flavored water to the extreme. Banana bread, birthday cake, snow cone… whatever you're craving there's a ‘water’ for that.

To create these ‘waters’ (if you can still call them that), creators are mixing sugar free drink powders, sugar free flavor syrups, and other enhancements into their water. Skinny Mixes, a popular seller of sugar free drink syrups had to issue an apology for shipping delays due to the increase in sales because of Tik Tok. So if you were looking for a new business venture, sugar free syrup might just be your next big break.

The Get Fit Save Kids Challenge is an annual fitness event in which all proceeds go directly to Operation Underground Railroad. This organization is dedicated to fight against child sex trafficking and exploitation around the world.

Together with Gym Launch, 131 facilities participated in this challenge last week. Each registered member at every gym paid a minimum $15 entry fee to be part of the workout, which raised some drastic earnings and will have a major positive impact on affected children worldwide.

We want to share a special shoutout to Gym Launch Community members, Ryan and Paige Phelps, for having the most registered participants in their facility. We will see Ryan and Paige at Gym Launch's upcoming Inner Circle Live VIP Day, all expenses paid, to congratulate their incredible efforts and contributions to this cause.

In case you haven't heard, GymOwners.com recently created a gym management system (GymDash) to simplify how you track your metrics, and get live feedback on the health of your gym.

Three lucky winners who consistently entered their stats into GymDash, won an all expenses paid trip to Inner Circle Live VIP day, where they will have the opportunity to work directly with the Gym Launch team to improve their businesses.
