Do The Boring Work

Going the extra mile is more than just doing busy work. It’s doing what our competition won’t do. Giving customer service that is noteworthy. Doing it right no matter the short term cost. It’s going that extra mile that truly sets us apart.

Speed Is King

Speed is the number one currency in business relationships. SPEED is more important than perfection. Too many opportunities are missed because a project took too long. A good plan executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week. Because what works now might not work next week.

BE YOUR OWN BOSS

Hold YOURSELF to a higher standard than anyone else would ask of you. Manage your own time and resources and OWN your decisions and outcomes as if this were your company. Make decisions that can make the company better. When we all be our own boss, the company thrives.

GROW OR DIE

Learn fast, fail fast, try again. That’s how you grow. You are either growing (making progress) or dying (stagnation/decline of progress) there is no in between. As a company, we are always ahead of the market even if only by a few steps. Without that edge, we die.

HAVE HUMILITY

Humility is keeping the business’ needs above your own. Humble people admit their deficits and grow. When making a decision, they are concerned with WHAT is right, not WHO is right. To have a business that continues to thrive, hire and promote for humility and fire for ego and pride.

Don't Sugar Coat It

Truth is best left untampered with. Someone else’s reaction to the truth is not your responsibility. When you sugar coat it, you serve no one by not giving people the opportunity to improve. Without improvement, we become a stagnant fish stuck going against the stream. The amount you grow is directly correlated with the amount of uncomfortable conversations you are willing to have, not by sugar coating it.

The Gym Launch coaching team brings decades of combined operational experience from gym ownership, multi-location leadership, and successful exits. Collectively, they've managed over $740M in annual revenue, built gyms from garages to 500+ members, achieved multiple six and seven-figure exits, and transformed struggling facilities from losses to six-figure monthly revenue.

These are real current and former Gym Owners who've lived every stage of the journey— from living the struggle to scaling past the ceiling that stops most owners. What unites this team is a shared philosophy: boring work over shortcuts, execution over talk, and systems over chaos. They coach from experience, not textbooks, having applied Gym Launch systems to their own businesses and witnessed the transformation firsthand.
